Mediumship Fundamentals

Course Length: 10 sessions
Prerequisite: None
Tuition: $125.00

Fundamentals covers an introduction to mediumship, spirit guides, natural law, and a history of mediumship. The goal is to familiarize the student with the history and workings of mediumship, and is the first step in their mediumship development path.

Course Completion: The student must pass a brief written test to complete this course.

Mediumship Level One

Course Length: 10 sessions
Prerequisite: Fundamentals
Tuition: $125.00

Level One covers several topics concerning mediumship development, including the clair-senses (clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience), spirit guides, meditation, natural law, and symbology. The student gets to know his/her spirit guides through meditation, and the goal is for the student to work with at least one of his/her guides on an intimate level to give messages.

Each student is required to keep a journal provided by the church, as well as to turn in homework assignments that are graded by the instructor.

Course Completion: In addition to attendance, journal, and homework requirements, the student must pass an oral and written exam. *

Mediumship Level Two

Course Length: 10 sessions
Prerequisite: Level One
Tuition: $125.00

Level Two builds on the skills learned in Level One and introduces more advanced Mediumship skills, with emphasis on giving factual/evidential messages (specific details such as names and relationships). Personal readings are also introduced.

Course Completion: In addition to attendance, journal, and homework requirements, and passage of an oral and written exam, * the student is required to work at student message services and student reading events to enhance the student's platform skills.

Mediumship Level Three

Course Length: 10 sessions
Prerequisite: Level Two
Tuition: $125.00

Level Three hones the skills learned in Levels One and Two, with emphasis on even more advanced mediumship skills. The student also expands his/her repertoire to include flames messages and billets.

Course Completion: In addition to attendance, journal, and homework requirements, and passage of an oral and written exam, * the student is required to work at student message services and student reading events to enhance the student's platform skills.

Mediumship Development Circle

Course Length: Student Preference
Prerequisite: Level One
Tuition: Free
Duration of Sessions: 1 hour

The Development Circle enables a student to practice his/her mediumship skills without the more rigorous training and testing required of a certification student. Each session is led by a certified medium, and includes meditation time and message work. The Circle student may continue in the Circle for as long as s/he chooses.

Mediumship Certification
Once the student has completed the four levels of mediumship training courses and has met the other prerequisites for certification, s/he may then apply for USCL Mediumship Certification. Detailed requirements for USCL Mediumship Certification are provided to students at the beginning of the Fundamentals course.

* A student is eligible to take the exams for Levels One, Two, and Three, provided s/he has attended eight sessions. If a student misses more than two sessions, or if the student does not pass either the written or oral section of the exam, the course must be repeated. The course may be repeated one time without charge; if the course must be repeated more than once, the student is charged full price.
